Jan joined the NW RFCA team on 1 July 2019. She is the new Regional Employer Engagement Director (REED) for Merseyside, Cheshire and the Isle of Man.
She is responsible for working with regional business to support them and their reservist employees and is the POC for all Armed Forces Covenant matters.
Jan is passionate about the Armed Forces and eternally grateful to the Royal Naval Reserve (RNR) for the numerous life changing opportunities she had the privilege to experience during her time in service. She served front line in Afghanistan in 2008/9, before being offered a full-time instructor role at HMS Raleigh.
Having recently retired from the RNR, she wants to share her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm in support of local businesses and the Armed Forces community.
