NW RFCA Head of Infrastructure awarded MBE

It is with great pleasure that we congratulate John Chapman, our Head of Infrastructure, who has been awarded the MBE for his services covering infrastructure for the Reserve Forces and Cadets in the North West of England and the Isle of Man.

John commenced his employment with the RFCA in 1986. During his tenure, eighteen capital works projects have been completed including Naval Regional Command Northern England and the Isle of Man in Liverpool and Holcombe Moor Training Camp in Greater Manchester as well as numerous Army Cadet Force and Air Training Corps facilities, and adaptations of Injured Servicemen’s Living Accommodation.

John will receive his MBE in London from a member of the Royal Family later this year.
