Regular and Reserve soldiers from Army units across the North West gathered at Altcar Training Camp on Merseyside to test their shooting skills.
The five day competition saw scores of personnel, representing a variety of military trades, descend on the coastal training area to show off their basic soldiering skills.
Personnel from full-time Infantry and medical units were pitted against Reservist units from the North West region.
