Meet Charlotte O’Brien – Human Resources Co-ordinator

Meet Lottie O’Brien our new Human Resources Co-ordinator who has joined us this month. We put Lottie in the hot seat to discover her experience and find out about what she is looking forward to in the role.

What skills and experience do you bring to the role?

I am a HR generalist and have skills across most HR functions. I have my CIPD Level 5 and currently working on my Level 7 at John Moore’s University through a master’s degree. I am passionate about what I do and always happy to help.

What are the biggest tasks you will be addressing?

Some of my first main focuses will be working with Cascade, end to end recruitment, training and development, checking policies are up to date as well as offering general HR support to anyone who needs it.

What excites you most about the role?

This is a very exciting role for me, I’m looking forward to supporting the HR function in such an important company and learning all about a new industry. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and visiting all our sites.
