This week, we have seen the introduction of five newly appointed Estate Managers for the NW RFCA.
These appointments are in support of the wider Defence Infrastructure Organisation Volunteer Estate FDIS programme. We welcomed three new members of staff to the association who have joined two recently promoted staff to form the team who will act as single point of contact for each county, Altcar Training Camp and Cadet Training Centre’s. The NW RFCA has the largest Volunteer Estate in the UK with over 230 locations.
The team’s priorities will be to ensure our localities are safe, compliant and provide the best experience for our reserve forces and cadets and other stakeholders who use our estate now and into the future. We look forward to working with Vivo Defence Services as part of this collaboration. The next few weeks will be spent on induction, learning new systems and processes, meeting our stakeholders and the visiting the volunteer estate ahead of going live on the 1st August 2024.
