This week the NW RFCA had the pleasure of attending a Defence Engagement and Capability evening in Liverpool which was hosted by Commodore Phil Waterhouse (Head of the Royal Navy North) and his team at HMS Eaglet.
The evening brought together many of the city regions Armed Forces supportive employers and service charities. It provided a fantastic opportunity to hear of the support which is provided to the wider Defence Community and how businesses and the Merseyside High Sheriff (David Steer Esq QC DL) and Armed Forces Champion (Roy Gladden) are leading with city wide partnerships between business and the charitable sector.
