Thanks to Alternative Venues, for 2 days this November Altcar Training Camp will be home to Ant Middleton’s Mind Over Muscle Bootcamps.
Ant Middleton is best known as the Chief Instructor for Channel 4’s hit show, SAS: Who Dares Wins. Ant’s Mind Over Muscle day camps are designed to challenge your inner physical and mental limits and participants are taught ways to overcome their fears and reach their full potential.
This will be the second tranche of the bootcamps – with the first 4 at Woolwich Barracks selling out in record time!
