Regional Employer Engagement Directors for the North West of England and the Isle of Man, Jan Cox, Louisa Blakemore and Gary Oakford, support Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers with any employer-related queries, and act as a point of call for Reservists’ Employers.

They also manage a network of employers who are supportive of the Armed Forces and encourage more employers to sign the Armed Forces Covenant or apply for a Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award.
NW RFCA staff host or attend a number of engagement events throughout the year and these are also the responsibility of the Employer Engagement office to coordinate and attend as appropriate.
