The North West ACF Regional Girls’ Football Competition recently took place at Altcar Training Camp on Merseyside. It was an excellent competition showing real competitiveness from all sides but also great teamwork and sportsmanship. The competition was tough but Merseyside Senior Girls managed to secure the victory with Greater Manchester taking 2nd place. For our Junior Girls, Lancashire won with a final playoff against Merseyside, who took 2nd place. Well done to all that played and those selected to represent the North West at the National Competition taking place 20-at Nottingham ACF.
