In the first instance you should approach the Permanent Staff Administrative Officer (PSAO) to confirm the TA Centre is available. If available he will then arrange completion of a hiring request form. Individuals wishing to hire a TA Centre should have public liability insurance with a minimum £3m cover and a copy of the certificate must be supplied. Charges will be raised to cover the facilities requested, fire insurance cover, on-site staff assistance and administration.
If NWRFCA accept the hiring, a quote for the total cost will then be provided.
